ProDuoDopa is a pump system. It provides a 24-hour continuous supply of medication into the stomach area via a needle attached to a pump, similar ish to insulin delivery for diabetics. This method seems to significantly improve motor skills affected by off periods, delivering a steady supply that can be boosted as needed. Essentially, it's a remote-control-sized pump attached to a tube injected into the stomach area every 2-3 days.

I have tried to come off Sifrol (Pramipexol)

twice.

I'm still on it. And I think there will be trouble ahead.

I was Rx this drug with no disclosure re Impulse Control Disorder.

I found out myself but too late.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I am also very interested in this product, but its warning that hallucinations are a "common" side effect scared me off. You don't mention having any in your blog, thank God. How did you get past this risk when deciding whether or not o take Vayalev? Thanks again.

It is a really good question. To be brutally honest I took a chance on it because I needed it to work and so far I have been ok.
