Curling toes help

Yes, the best way to manage curling toes is a Botox injection on the bottom of your feet. Your neurologist can do it for you
I too get botox and I think it helps. But take your meds (early if needed) and in 30 min or so you may see relief. I also found excercises on line
That is a form of Dystonia which I have in my feet and neck. The Botox works great for that.
Before resorting to Botox, try placing the foot flat on the floor, and then lifting the heel to stretch out the toes. Repeat as needed.
You might also try magnesium chloride spray (mag oil), just spray on lightly and rub in. The quickly available magnesium chloride helps to relax the muscles. It also alleviates muscle cramping in about a minute after application. It is also available as a lotion which generally feels a little better on the skin.

one thing that helps me is toe spacers. There are different kinds available.
definitely topical magnesium, and the toe spacers. I tried several- "Correct Toes" is my favorite
I wish they worked for me, they actually give me the toe cramps. arrgh!!

I had excruciating pain in my toes. Neurologist decided on Botox treatment every 3 months. I’ve had 8 treatments. So far; so good! 🤞. I've recently been dx with Osteoporosis,(yet to start medication )and dx with scoliosis. I have medication for PD. Similar to you I think, Graciedog.
I use flat shoes with wide toe box. It not only reduced my toe curling but strengthened by legs and feet. I have better balance now. I did try Botox at first which worked, but I found my muscles were getting weaker and not developing.
I use my therapeutic massage wand and massage the outside muscles between the knee and ankle and the arch itself when I feel it beginning.
There must be exercises too, given by a specialist PD physio. Since going to Tai Chi classes, the slight toe curling I had sometimes, has gone. Maybe that's just coincidence - but our Tai Chi trainer teaches you how to position your feet well on the floor, not crunch/tense your toes, and keep the weight of the feet on the back/heel of the foot. And that helps with balance too. If you are in more advanced stages of PD, I don't know if that would help.
My MDS let me try Botox (in the calf muscle), but I got no relief at all. I started using Theraworks (magnesium oil) before bedtime and that along with consistent exercise has meant curling toes are a rarity.

chartist Thank you for the magnesium oil recommendation. Just ordered it. 40% off black friday deal too. I've been using Magsootheum, which also has arnica in addition to magnesium, but this looks like a great product as well.
Dad would drink a small amount of tonic water from grocery store(in same section as soda pop). It has a small amount of quinine in it that really helped his toe curling
