No idea other than one ear gives a diff reading to the other. ATM it is left ear is 37.1 and right ear is 37.3 which apparently is ok. A greater difference needs keeping an eye on. What a silly thing to tell me.
I am a poor patient as my default setting is that I expect to be told I do not expect to ask.
But then I find the medics to be odd. For example I hurt myself quite badly and after a couple of months I went to Dr. Damage was observable one Dr told a complete lie which derailed me until my one son told me to get it sorted'. So back I go. Had a private referral. Shortly after a repeat Dr appointment a problem developed and I couldn't swallow at all. Dr said get an emergency appointment, nurses gave me an appointment for 5 days later. When I saw the Dr he told me off for waiting so long !?
Yet on other occasions I mention that I feel tired and I have blood tests a examinations Same when I happened to cough ( once as I remember). The blood tests are all normal There are quite a smattering of red flags on the screen quite a few of the blood tests results are only just within 'average' .
Then I find that I had a blood oxygen of 93% and I should keep an eye on it.
Retrospectively that was COVID.
They ask me how I feel ! I have PD what can I say. I don't have an answer. Perhaps go through the long list of my symptoms again.
They don't seem to understand the detrimental effect of Dr visits and I don't understand why somethings elicit instant responses and other things which I find difficult and that strongly impact on my life just gets ' keep an eye on it's response.
Anyway. End of grumbling. I am to keep an eye on the temp readings.
As mentioned in my original post I stopped taking Naproxen at the same time as the Lansoprazole, made an appointment with the Dr The worn out, tiredness has gone. In myself I feel quite good until I move. Then the soreness in the shoulders, hips, ankles, the right jaw the left thumb joints have increased to the point where I can not always trust my leg joints to hold. I have now been given Famotidine to go with the Naproxen starting Monday evening. Tuesday was ok Yesterday and today I can suddenly lose balance. This evening I read the leaflet and it seems that this can be side effect of Famotidine I was diagnosed with Frontal lobe Epilepsy years ago but don't have medication for it so should I be concerned about Epilepsy as a poss side effect.
