it won't go away with increased madopar dose.

I am not sure my muscle spasm/ dystonia is caused by levodopa itself or amandatine.

anyone has experience?

I do not know about adamantine but levodopa medication can cause dystonia. See here for details: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

I take 100mg of amantadine daily with no ill effects. Not heard of it causing muscle spasms. Hope you find something that helps!

I never get dystonia when I am taking Sinemet during the day. I get terrible leg cramps in the middle of the night, likely from the lack of meds

Taking magnesum solves my leg cramps.
