Seven patients suffering from Parkinson's disease (PD) with severely disabling dyskinesia received low-dose propranolol as an adjunct to the currently used medical treatment. There was a significant 40% improvement in the dyskinesia score without increase of parkinsonian motor disability

propanolol can lower blood pressure so if a person already has low blood pressure it could be an issue

sounds promising. My HWP gets dyskinesia frequently and it’s such a nuisance. I ll ask our Neuro what he thinks on next visit. He takes meds for High BP so might be helpful for him.

Years before the PD Dx I had an arm tremor. Propranolol was the first medication tried. I don't remember how it affected my tremor. All I remember is it made me too tired to function.
