I saw a book that looked as if it might be helpful for numpties like me that find working out which supplements will help, and what dosage, contraindications etc.It has a catchy title”Fight Parkinson’s with vitamins and antioxidants “ by a chap called Kedar N. Prasad PHD. It’s published in the States, but I got a new copy off eBay here in Britain. The blurb says that the book deals with getting the optimum benefit of supplements alongside conventional treatment.Possibly lots of you have read it,but I thought I’d just post, and I will review it when it arrives.I find Art and Park bears post so helpful when it comes to various supplements and vitamin intake, but I thought having a book that can give me the basics might be good.

hey 1948, I've tried finding this book and cannot find it anywhere on the web. Just want to make sure the title and author are correct? Thank you.
Kat343,
You can find the book "Fight Parkinson’s and Huntington's with vitamins and antioxidants" on Amazon.com, I did and I recently purchased and received a copy. It's great stuff , well written and easy to read.
A big thanks to CRMACK1948 !
Thank you! I just ordered off of Ebay for $7.00. I look forward to seeing if what I've researched for my HWP are on track..... thank you again. Blessings to us all!
I do hope we both find it helpful! It’s a minefield ,trying to navigate which supplement enhances or reduces the use of another, and what minimum strength is useful. Then trying to decide if a pill is actually doing any good or not can take a month or two to discern,…Rant over for Saturday morning! Have a peaceful weekend,
