Why doesn't parkinsonsmeasurement.org open? I've been trying to open it for a month now, from different devices, etc. No luck. Anyone have any idea why?

My apologies for the poor service.

I'm johntPM. It's my website that you're talking about.

I've been having trouble with it for about 3 months. The problems seem to be linked to a change of host and infrastructure.

The program is now running in my world. What do you see when you open it?

Type in to the url box:

and press return,

If you have a Gmail address you have a Google account, which means you have a Google Drive. You can upload the video to your Google Drive And post the link to the video.

So when I type in 'parkinsonsmeasurement,org", the processing bar underneath goes 1/4 of the way, and just stays there. It never finishes the processing to open the page.

So now what?

I think you need to support https. The link you included is http, which security systems no longer want users to access. (The s in https stands for secure.)

Like others all I can get is a security warning:

Your connection isn't private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from parkinsonsmeasurement.org (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards).

I get the security warning, but if I click the continue button, I go to your site. Amazing work!

I've finally got to the bottom of this issue. The problem was caused by a missing ssl document. It is this document that enables https security, rather than http security. This happened when my web host was updated incorrectly.

You can see if you have the right form of security, by noticing the double key icon in the url box, and the url address starting

I think this will work for up to 3 months. I am not confident that my web host will not make the same mistake.

My thanks go to Pdblogger on this site, who was a great help in solving this problem.

Out of interest, the number of people visiting my site dropped by 2/3 when the issue was first raised.
