Iv not tried it ,but Curaleaf clinic in Scotland can legally give you a private prescription for cannabis products,I think you pay for a consultation and then they prescribe and can fill the prescription.
Tried it but to be honest, it didn’t,t work for me. I find exercise and playing the piano better. I find when I start to concentrate on the music my tremor subsided for about 30 to 40 minutes, I am quite exhausted afterwards though.
In Canada Cannabis is legal and each adult is allowed to grow two plants to a max of 4 per household. Cannabis has many components and CBD and THC are just two of them. If Cannabis is consumed by smoking or eating it in say a muffin then it will get into the blood stream and into the brain and there is therapeutic value in that especially in the evening at bedtime .
If cannabis is applied topically as a salve ( dissolved in coconut oil ) it will not enter the blood stream to enter the brain but will have a tremendous effect on pain in muscle and joints. Cannabis used topically (rubbed on skin ) does not show on any test because simply it is not in the blood stream.
I found that the cannabis salve supplied by commercial outlets is very expensive in a tiny jar so I grow my own , look up how to do it . I made enough from two plants to make many large jars so I can use much more of it and it works . It is about the only thing that does work .
This has been used for centuries and in all that time no side effects identified .
