This is the video that inspired me to ask this. Would love to know what everyone's faves are. Mine is 5 rhythms dance ... which sadly I have not been able to do for a few months now because of frozen shoulder.
I enjoy dance and I like yoga a lot. Engaging the proprioceptive senses is so good for the brain. I have a love/hate relationship with running. It takes a long time for me to get into a good pace or rhythm, and on some runs, I never get there. But when I do, it's just the best feeling.
Bicycling on bike paths away from cars in the beauty of nature!
On Demand Jazzercise or local livestream Jazzercise classes: Mirroring dance moves to the beat of the music is great for opening up neural pathways, I think. Upbeat music and dancing are guaranteed mood lifters!
I should also ask, what is exercise you did while having frozen shoulder. Walking is good, but I need some variety. And if this will last for months, I can't just stick to walking.
