Sebum?

So PD causes seborrhea. And seborrhea causes pimples. I get pimples under the hair line. Coal Tar shampoo is the standard treatment for seborrhea. Using shampoo whole-body gets a bit pricey. Using a kitchen scrubber sponge as well might help. But because coal tar is very drying, it stimulates sebum formation. So I can't win. Why doesn't Rytary help control the sebum production?

I've had good results with application of ozone oil after showering. It's very moisturizing and has improved my skin issues significantly.

a pimple is a tiny inflammation. Eliminate whatever the source of inflation is and you'll have a clear epidermis!

Here's what I would do, for what its worth. Start by eliminating everything except for beef, butter and eggs. Drink only water. Only use salt for seasoning. Your skin will clear up quickly. Then, add in other food items one by one and if it comes back, you know what did it. Takes a lot of patience and willpower.

Try washing your clothes in free and clear laundry detergent. No dyes or perfumes. Also, try baby shampoo. Supposed to be more gentle. Aveno is ok too.

Good luck!

try reducing carbs, eliminating sugar and gluten, use a digestive enzyme, take pantethine (try NOW double strength) .

Then take berberine (Thorne is good) and allimed every second week, alternating with probiotic on alternative weeks. It got rid of hubbies rosacea and acne. But don’t go back onto sugar again!
