Anyone here have any success with red light helping with tremor? Specifically, anyone who is not on meds that could possibly be the reason for tremor success. Hard to tell if the light is what is working if there is also medication involved. Thanks in advance for your support with this.

Red light and tremor
Just fyi, this is the book I just finished and he recommends the vielight. amazon.com/Ultimate-Guide-L...
As you know I have very good experiences with the free to use and most advanced device 🙂
Nice when you have access to that one. I live in NY shitty ... shade.
Of course, I feel extremely privileged to enjoy so much infrared every day! It's especially painful for those left behind when I hear about how much rain has fallen and that the sun hasn't made an appearance. Nevertheless, this Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle works wonders, almost symptom and drug free, so I wish everyone could recharge their NIR battery in this way. But is it enough to get through the winter at home again from next week without too many problems? It would be interesting for the experiment, if that doesn't work out, to try some extra vitamin D and take long walks in the forest whenever there's a glimmer of sun... In that case I might search for an infrared sauna nearby. No NIR helmet yet...
I don't take any meds and use the Coronet 4 times/day because it may help with sleep. Can't comment on tremor.
Wow, 4 x a day? When I corresponded with Catherine? (the owner of the company), she recommended I do it about twice a day for the head. I think doing it much more may increase cytochrome C oxidation issues. Also, as a comparison, I think (without verifying) that Vielight only recommends 25 minutes 3x a week.
I started out 1/day and got nothing, so over the course of a year, I increased it. Please explain what cytochrome C oxidation issues are?
