B1 possible side effects

I started sublingual B1 about 4 weeks ago. 100 mg 1x per week.. I also bought the book. It would be nice to get an idea from fellow users of possible side effects they might be having. One that I think is from B1 is that I get a warm feeling for several days after the dose.Thank you all
