Potential false alarm regarding thiamine improvement

Previously I said on August 17th, I saw an instantaneous improvement in my grandmother's condition when going from 300mg TTFD + 100mg Sulb to just 300mg TTFD.

On August 20, I decided to start recording videos of her again. But the morning of August 21, she was a bit slow when eating, and by August 23 she reverted back to her previous condition where she is too confused to eat without being spoon fed.

August 21: photos.app.goo.gl/4LhTyccSZ... (eating without assistance)

August 23: photos.app.goo.gl/479PfmUbr... (too confused to eat)

August 20 she ate quickly, and this video captures what I meant by the instantaneous improvement I saw on August 17. But turn off the sound before watching the recording as there are inappropriate comments.

A link to the full album: photos.app.goo.gl/R4UEFi1LV.... It seems like here physical dyskinesia is less intense now than last month based on the videos, but that could be because the current chair she is sitting takes more effort to rotate back and forth, air pressure changes in our current location, etc.

On the website b1parkinsons.org we don’t recommend TTFD for the B1 therapy as there is so little data of its useful dosage with Parkinson’s. Those who have tried it find overdosing a frequent problem.

I am a b1 therapy success story so would like to help if I can.

Not sure what product you were using or the dosage and why and how you chose them

Have you read Daphne Bryan’s book from Amazon on the Parkinson’s b1 therapy and have you joined the fb page of the same name. There are thousands of us with success stories at all ages. I am 78. Please don’t give up because b1 has changed my life for the better.

Please explain how you came to the correct dosage

You need to read the book before you consider starting b1 then decide whether you choose oral HCL or sublingual b1. Then which mdnesiums you will choose and which bcomplex with a low b6. Then it’s trial and error starting with a LOW dose to avoid overdose symptoms. Taking it slowly and being patient leads to a quicker success story. You must also monitor and record daily every tiny change good or bad. This sounds complicated but if you follow the b1 protocol it is actually very easy to find your sweet spot. It took me about 6 weeks. Best wishes
