Iv read a lot of good research on the use of curcumin, but find contradictory dosage advice. However positive the results could be,using too little of any supplements isn’t going to provide the desired results.Iv seen anything from 200 mg to 1.200 mg suggested.Any thoughts or advice will be greatfully received.
