My BP is good. I also drink hibiscus tea. As for my HWP it helps w venous insufficiency in legs. Cognition seems ok, when he has a bad night due to back/leg pain unrelated to PD it really throws him off. Have to stop most supplements bc he is having surgery, will not be allowed to take any natural nsaid acting supplement for 3 months bc bone healing so I will add back other supplements slowly to see what seems to help best.

This is the main reason that I take them together and I also administer the same dosage to my mother.
If one can assist the endothelial cells, then that goes a long way to benefiting the cardiovascular system and of course the brain region more efficiently.

The endothelium, a monolayer of endothelial cells, constitutes the inner cellular lining of the blood vessels (arteries, veins and capillaries) and the lymphatic system, and therefore is in direct contact with the blood/lymph and the circulating cells.
The endothelium is a major player in the control of blood fluidity, platelet aggregation and vascular tone, a major actor in the regulation of immunology, and inflammation.
Endothelial cells controls vascular tone, and thereby blood flow, by synthesizing and releasing relaxing and contracting factors such as nitric oxide, metabolites of arachidonic acid via the cyclooxygenases, lipoxygenases and cytochrome pathways, various peptides (endothelin, urotensin, CNP, adrenomedullin, etc.), adenosine, purines, reactive oxygen species and so on.
