I have toe curling and desperately need a Botox injection from a Neurologist or other specialist in the Washington , DC area who takes my insurance, Carefirst. Does anyone know of one or more?
Thanks.

As I understand there are two types of toe curl pain. The most painful being caused by dehydration and mineral deficiencies (mainly, potassium, calcium, and magnesium). The other is caused by low dopamine (dystonia).
I would recommend trying some magnesium supplements...
Mount Sinai Hospital
I have carefirst and see dr Mundel at Georgetown
if you find botox successful which I suspect you will long term It can have protein rebound and it does not last as long . Down the track if this occurs switch to Xiomin .
I use that in Australia it does the same job but last longer cost about the same and can be used in some areas of the face that botox can’t .
I have it in my jaws to stop teeth clenching
Also I have it from my skull , shoulder , spine,
Sciatic most of my back . I do that quarterly.
In between I have traumeel and Zeel injection they are better than cortisone all natural anti inflammatory.
These are homeopathic they shrink the nerves so the nerves sleep which eliminates the pain.
I traveled to NYC to have my first ones in my foot for Morton’s neuroma Dr Suzanne Levine is innovative foot doctor and surgeon .
