So the patent is for "Selinc": SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and medicine, and concerns using heptapeptide Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro (Selinc).

Is Selinc the same thing as Selank?

it is a bit confusing, but it looks like its the same thing. I began using it 2 days ago, because I had 2 weeks of restless nights due to wave of stress with my business project. So far it has had a bit of calming effect on my mind, but its way to early to make a judgement. Lets see what happens within a week or longer period.

it’s also on Amazon . Here is first review I read. Looks useful for anxiety . They don’t ship to NZ.

“-KayKay-5.0 out of 5 stars It’s 100% real and a life changer so farReviewed in the United States on May 16, 2021Verified PurchaseI hardly write reviews but I felt compelled to review this product and seller..I am new to nootropics and I’ve been looking at alternatives / tapering from psych meds. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder. I also have manic depression and BPD with PTSD so needless to say I’m a bit of a train wreck without some intervention. I work holistically on my mental health ...Long story short I am prescribed 2 mg of klonopin per day. (It’s nothing compared to the 6mg per day I was on of Xanax 3 years ago) Benzos are a biiaAa to withdraw from.I’m tapering my dose with my psychiatrist and I decided to try this nootropic and I read several studies about it curbing withdraws and cravings for benzos by working on the same receptors. There was a study on rats taking alporazam (another Benzodiazepine I think Valium?) and it was clinically shown to give rats just as good a result with selank as the Valium, and in alcohol (same receptors as benzos) withdraw on the rats resolved with high dosage selank.. this is a game changer. I’m new to this nootropic but I assume ppl that are used to a syrupy texture may be using a higher dosage? I’m under impression that this dose is quite low. I cut my klonopin in half and take the selank nasally three drops only and it eases my anxiety instantly when before only 1 mg of klonopin would do the same.I wish this were easier to get...10 stars If I could. I trust the seller and my product was and is amazing. Ordering more and wanting to request higher concentrations?”

I agree that Selank has a calming effect. My dyskinesias aren't as bad as before, but, really I would like to see what happens after 2 weeks of this self-experiment.

Bear. I have severe dyskenisia when ramping down from my daily regime of carbo/levo dopa. Do you find relief from dyskenisia by using selank?

Its not an easy and simple YES, but I do.I also take Amantadine Sulphate and Thymosin A inhections. Selank on its own will provide you with temporary relief but it will not cure the problem. What are you taking at the moment? What dose and since when? You need to reduce taking "medication" and to achieve that I recomnend at least 1 hour in gym/swimming pool a day, plus steam room and souna with Frankisence oil. I use it daily and love it. Try also chewing frankisence resin - it should have calming effect. Gutathione injections or at least liposomal glutathione combined with vitamin C - should be on your daily menu.

Lemon Balm tea, liquirose, lemongrass and brocolli sprouts should also be on the menu. Also, going out in park or beach barefoot. And MAGNESIUM!!!

I lost my reply… typing with pd can be challenging at times. Do u have a good brand or source for the Selank?

I tend to try and delete meds and supplements from those I use on a regular basis (tried amantadine for9 months and later gocovery for 5 but didn’t feel I was getting enough bang for my bucks). I admire. Your ability to keep to such a complex regimen. I take mg daily (CALM and l theonate). Tried using only macuna for a couple of years but am back on the 125mg carbo/levo pills. Diagnosed in 2006 and currently manage to get enough on time with 6 pills a day. Walk 1/2 mile a day in the morning without meds or 2 to 3 miles when on meds. Used to ride my bike 10 miles about 3 times a week. But managed to fall off a cliff destroy one vertebra and crack to others so that now I have a trike but it’s not very good for exercise. Still looking for a silver bullet.

Wow! You do a lot of walking! Regarding brands, I tend to use these 2 peptide suppliers:

biolabshop.co.uk/peptides/1...

tridentpeptide.com/selank/i...

I was unable to verify if they ship to USA

Also I have 2 questions: the amantadine you used - was it hydrochloride or sulphate? This is very important.

did you suffer from dyskinesia while on mucuna only?

My open minded neurologist from Ukraine suggested weight lifting, stretching and swimming combined with steam room, or sanarium with use of Frankincense oil. Cold water shower in the morning.

Have you tried Glutathione?

I’m not sure what form of amentadine?yes i had dyskenisia while on macuna but I don’t think it was as severe. Macuna is hard to regulate the dose as quality varies with the shipments. So finally went back to pharma. I lift weights but haven’t been regular since broke my back . I was doingh the Tibetan rites stretching but gave it up because of titanium rods in my back after my fall, oh well… I only care to live forever as soul. I will probably try frankincense if it continues to present itself in my life. Cold water shower…oh boy I have an aversion to cold water but my wife has been talking up cold water hydrotherapy. I believe glutathione has trouble getting through the gut. I’ve used N-acital cysteine instead and use liposomic curcumin .

please go through your prescriptions as Amantadine Sulphate is really effective. The hydrochloride version has NO effect (on me).I also have had some serious back issues 7 years ago, at the same time when diagnosed with PD. Strengthening your muscles is vital.

Try slowly. Steam room with esential oil should help to reduce anexiety and glutathione injections should help with recovery.
