Today is O.M.A.D. #331 (one meal a day with all calories -- usually 1,500 or less -- eaten within a two hour window).
I've lost 60 pounds (another 30 to go!) and it was pretty, damn easy! I eat pizza (cauliflower crust), meat, dairy, fruit, potatoes... but in moderation.
I came across a new YouTube channel from Dr Mindy Pelz (I don't think she's an M.D.) who has very good 'fasting'... and nutrition videos + more... So check it out.
When I heard Dr Pelz say that a full "24 hour fast regenerates intestinal stem cells" I wanted to verify that... and she was RIGHT!
