I drip some on a Q Tip, spread around the nail(s). Along the cuticle and under the edge of the nail.

Desitin for your heels is the baby diaper cream. Blue cream label doesn’t have the fish oil scent.

Could you explain what benefit you receive by adding tea tree oil to your cuticles? Does it help with your immune system, PD or anything else? Thank you.

Tee tree oil is antiseptic. So if I have a “spot” on my face, it dries it. TTOil also works on mild toenail fungus, applied daily with a Qtip all around the cuticle and under the nail - don’t know if it would do for a full blown case.

I'm finding benefits of Frankincense. Am also using a blend of frank, helichrysum, cinnamon and vetiver. (Only YL) Are you finding specific oils to be beneficial?
