B1 where to order?

I am trying to order capsules of B1 thamine hcl. I found the powder, but not the capsule. Does it have to have the hcl or can I order just B1 thamine? Please let me know where you order it? Thanks.

I started taking 2 g twice daily, which would be 4 capsules each. Currently I take 2.5 g in the morning and 1 to 1.5 g in the afternoon.

The vitacost is what we use too. Occasionally they have buy one get one half price deals too or up to 20% discount. I put things in my cart and wait until the discount gets large enough!

Thank you for your help. Can you tell me why some say B1 thiamine hcl and others sayB1 thiamine hci. I even seen B1 thiamine hct. What is the difference? Also is the powder better then the capsule?

The HCl is the one you want. Powder is bitter so capsules are more pleasant but if you can’t swallow capsules powder is fine.
