I had compiled this list for another forum.

Trust it will be helpful for heathunlocked readers, too.

BBB = Blood Brain Barrier

CD = Carbidopa

CD/LD = Comination of carbidopa and levodopa

C/L = Carbidopa/levodopa

CNS = Central Nervous System

CR = Controlled Relase

DA = Dopamine agonist

DBS = Deep-brain stimulation

DX = Diagnosis

ER = Extended Release

ET = Essential tremor

Hcl = hydrochloride

HDT = high-dose thiamine

HwP = Husband with Parkinson’s

IBD = Inflamatory bowel disease

IR = Immediate Release

JPD = Juvenile Parkinson’s

LD = Levodopa

MDS = Movement Disorder Specialist

MRCs = Motor Response Complications

Micro-lingual = sublingual

nOH = Neurogenic orthostatic hypotension

OD = Overdose

Off episode = period of time when the benefit of an individual dose of levodopa begins to wane, and symptoms reemerge

PBM = Photobiomodulation

PNS = Peripheral Nervous System

PD = Parkinson’s disease

PDD = Parkinson’s disease dementia

PSP = Progressive supernuclear palsy

PwP = People with Parkinson’s

RSB = Rock Steady Boxing

SL = sublingual

SNR = Signal-to-noise ratio

Sweet spot = most effective dose

TRAP = Tremor, rigidity, akinesia, postural instability

UPDRS = Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale

WwP = Wife with Parkinson’s

YOPD = Young-onset Parkinson’s disease

Curiously strange that difficult to spell Dystonia and Dyskinesia don't have acronyms

I'm thinking maybe because they are one words. But there are some few one words in the OP's list with acronyms such diagnosis and sublingual
