I take Ritary, Azilect and carb/lev and had heart valve replacement surgery at the end of August.

Lots of side effects including hallucinations.

Haven’t found much history on this but hear it common with PWP’s..

I am sorry to hear this...I will probably be facing valve replacement within the year ahead. Did you have open heart surgery? What kinds of meds are you taking and how long do you have to take them? I have more questions about symptom management through such a procedure but want to be sure you are willing to share your experience. Thank you.

My understanding is Rytary and carbidopa/levodopa should NOT be taken together. That may be a source of over medication, please check with your MD.
