For adults, the CDC recommends at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and two, or more, days of muscle training per week. However, not everyone meets those standards.

Everyone has their opinions/ thoughts on exercise, especially PD. I try to mix my workouts with one day cardio (currently doing Les Mills Body Combat on VR) and strength training every-other day before work.

The key factor I focus on daily is to do "something" in those areas, so if I feel more tired I do less, if I still feel good after a session, I may do a little more, but my main focus is the daily part.

The CDC only knows guidelines, and are definitely not an expert in this field.

So just focus on doing something in the exercise platform each day, I know it helps me!

And BTW, I am definitely not an expert either, but everything I have learned that has helped me along this path came from this group!!! 😀
