Essentially, the same message as Joe Dispenza (and many others.) We make our own reality.

That's often hard for me to accept. Sometimes it's just survival to get from one hour to the next.

Our attitude is the most important and the most difficult struggle we have.

I am a little surprised you did not also mention mindfulness and by that do you mean meditation? How often do you practice and how much of a role does it play? Are you also symptom-free or close to it?

When someone is meditative and conscious , he/she becomes mindful automatically. I do Yoga and meditation every day as part of my life. It has helped me to accept life as it is and live in the moment. I am almost symptom-free. No non-motor symptoms but still have some degrees of exertional dystonia which has been reduced recently.

Good for you. Keep on doing what you're doing. I just started yesterday trying to learn to meditate (thanks to Connie) and probably about 30 years too late.

Trying to convince my husband to start meditating, no luck so far. :(

Beside meditation, I’d suggest reading “ Inner Engineering “ from New York Times Bestselling Author ,Sadguru. The audio version of the book is much easier to follow. Its never late. Welcome aboard Marc.

Hi Kia,

I hope you are well, just wondering, what type of yoga and meditation do you do and how often.

I would be interested as well. I meditate pretty consistently 30 minutes every morning and take a 1 hour yoga class 3-5 days a week. Living Mindfully has helped me emotionally and spiritually but can’t say I am near symptom-free. I have been practicing about 6.5 years.
