“In this episode, I am speaking with Kevin Ellis – also known as The Bone Coach. After a diagnosis of osteoporosis in his early 30s, he went on to not only heal himself but he’s now dedicated his life to helping people fix their bone health, overcome osteopenia and osteoporosis and strengthen their bones which is what we are discussing in this interview.  Get access to Kevin’s Free Stronger Bones Masterclass here. “

Good reference. I'm interested in talking to him. My PCP says medication is the best solution. I was told that if I fall I would probably break my hip and need surgery. He doesn't want to hear about supplements and diet. I am currently taking a product called super cal plus by Nutritional Frontiers. You might want to check out their website nutritional frontiers.com

"K1 can be converted to K2, but not efficiently. K2 is what’s most important for bone health."

Actually the research is conflicting with some research saying that K1 is what counts. If you going to supplement the easy solution is to take something with both K1 and K2. He discusses vitamin D which is important, but he misses important cofactors: silica, boron, and glucosamine/chondroitin.
