Another hint at the microbiome composition

Seems to be another hint at the link between gut microbiome and parkinson, my impression is that the evidence in that direction seems to pile up.

Did a gut microbiome analysis - result is extremely low diversity on the index.

According to the study above : 2-HP is correlated with the archaeal species Methanobrevibacter smithii and with genes involved in methane metabolism, and it is detectable in isolate cultures of M. smithii.

The gut analysis does not call out 2-HP, however it calls out the Methanobrevibacter which is highly elevated in my analysis. I don't have a medical degree but at least the general finding of lower diversity and increased methan metabolism leads to believe that a stool transplant is the next I will try.

For anyone in Germany, i can highly recommend this analysis
