It makes you wonder if nutritional deficiencies in certain vitamins could be involved or is there an issue with digestion that makes it less likely that the person is absorbing the niacin?

it may also be that there are people who need high amounts of vitamins because Parkinson’s prematurely depletes certain vitamins
