One thing that is really convenient about cannabis products is that cannabinoid receptors seem relatively insulated from other receptors. Influence of those receptors that are known suggests that, thus far in many applications cannabinoids seem largely benign as to negative side effects, at least when not used to excess in adults. However, there is much research yet to do because of the proscriptions on science in cannabis for the last 85 years. It's an early young science now so there really is not a lot of knowledge about interactions as of yet.

Careful using with some meds. CBD can inhibit some enzymes that metabolize some drugs. That means you end up with more of that drug in your system.
