Absolutely agree helps me to function first thing and through the day

It's my daily argument with my husband, Farooq! He doesn't want to do these exercises although he goes to PT at least twice a week. They have given me all kinds of stretch exercises to do at home, but he just piles them up on his desk.

motivation is very important to keep doing exercise. You can motivate him by sharing the scientifically proven studies of positive effects of exercise in PD. There are many people who have succeeded in slowing down the progression of the disease with exercise

I think it also keeps the glymphatic and lymphatic system flowing well and washes away waste from the cells.
