Hi, I just started rytary 3 weeks ago and it helps my tremors really good but I seem to be developing some side effects. I constantly feel bloated no matter what I eat or drink. My weight is also creeping up . Does anyone else have this problem on rytary?

Gastroparesis is common with PD. It comes with constipation as well. I eat twice daily and feel bloated with every meal. I take a dulcolax stimulant laxative with each meal. That insures a BM within 48 hours.
Take a look at the next more recent post regarding high-dose thiamine.
