I apologize in advance if what I’m sharing is very redundant with other posts. As I have been reading about glutamate Excitotoxicity, I learned that riboflavin reduces glutamate Excitotoxicity.

I will be adding relevant riboflavin information to this post.

Please, link and add any relating information.

Thank you

I am been researching a bit for my HWP chronic pain and DOMS. He can go to PT do everything without pain but next day his leg is singing to him. Found some useful info on glutamate excitoxicity and pain:

Next of course I went down the rabbit hole to reduce glutamate toxicity and found a simplied good explanation regarding connection btw glutamate, GABA and what can be done to get rid of the excess glutamate, other than dietary changes.

Do you take taurine? It is recommended for DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), may help with PD muscle pain. It comes in a powder.

In light of the recent SOP info regarding B1, Im revisiting Riboflavin. Niacin is also worth revisiting. I take both.
