Drug interaction with nytol

Hi does anyone know if it’s ok to take a nytol, dyohendydramine at night when I take Pramipexole and Selegiline, drug interactions say moderate but they say that for alcohol abs many things. Anyone have any experience?

I would only use it as a one off night or 2

My husband has used Sominex with no problems but only start with about a quarter or third to start with. He takes selegiline in the morning though. You can buy it over the counter in the UK.
