Doh! I should have made note this is from the above mentioned web site. Not from me:

"There are a several types of supplements will help you live a happier, more fulfilling life and reach your dopamine goals.

L-Tyrosine: This is one of the direct dopamine precursors, and the one with the most scientific evidence. In one study, just 100mg of tyrosine was associated with significant improvements in mood and cognition [9]. Regular supplementation can help support your body’s natural dopamine production.

Phosphatidylserine (PS): Runners, cyclists, and golfers use PS to reduce stress and supposedly increase performance. One scientific study using college-aged male athletes showed that supplementing with PS lead to improved cognitive function before exercise. Others claim that it could improve mood as well, but more scientific studies need to be done.

Mucuna Pruriens (the most popular way): Also known as “velvet bean”, the primary ingredient in this supplement is L-Dopa, another direct dopamine precursor. Feeding your body more of the precursor directly responsible for dopamine production could be the quickest to make “gainz”.

Uridine: This building block of RNA has proven to support both brain function and a healthy circulatory system. Clinical studies have also shown uridine to increase levels of dopamine in rats.

Green Tea/L-Theanine: There’s a reason green tea has been around for millenia. It’s rich in antioxidants and has already shown to increase dopamine levels in rats [10]. L-Theanine is the major amino acids present in green tea and can be directly supplemented with similar benefits.

Curcumin: Traditional Chinese medicine has used curcumin for centuries. It’s ability to support a healthy mood has long been documented. Curcumin has demonstrated to increase dopamine levels and increase concentration by inhibiting the breakdown MAO-medicated breakdown.

SAMe-e: S-Adenosyl-l-methionine (SAM-e) [11] increase dopamine levels and is an over-the-counter dietary supplement commonly used to help regulate mood.

Magnesium: Magnesium increases dopamine receptors, allowing your body to feel the effects of dopamine more. The mood-regulating characteristics of magnesium have long been studied in lab [12] and it is one of the most common ingredients in dietary supplements today.

Ginkgo Biloba: There’s growing support in the scientific community for Ginkgo Biloba. One study showed that it increased extracellular dopamine levels in rats and supported overall cognitive function [13]. There’s also growing evidence for its ability to help you relax [14].

Shameless plug: We do have a supplement - Dopify™ - made from all of the most potent ingredients that will make your life A LOT easier. There’s no substitute for a good diet, but taking in all of that excess food is just not possible for most of us. Instead, you can use the most potent dopamine enhancers in one shot."
