My husband did for about a year, but to be honest I don’t think it made any difference so now he takes plain niacinamide.

it may depend on the formulation. The Quicksilver preparation uses nano liposomes for delivery, with much absorption through the oral mucosa. It is to be held in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Used this way, my wife usually gets a fairly quick “boost” effect. Oral preparations may not have consistent absorption. The half-life of any preparation is short, but I do not know how long the effect of increase NAD+ in the cell lasts. For my wife, the effect lasts maybe a couple of hours. Nice to use in those “down” or “off” times.
