A comprehensive lecture on where research is currently at

This is the Edinburgh Parkinson's lecture2021 but has a global view on what is being researched and where our hopes for better help in the future lie, whether it be in cell transplant, re purposed existing medications or medications with a different aim than current Parkinson's drugs. It's long but packed full of hope!

Because of the accent he was difficult to follow, I did hear him say people on NSAIDS chronically have a lower incidence of PD.

Yes, I have read that several times--NSAIDS do help, but also the incidence of PD for people who were taking Ibuprofen is a lot lower than those who didn't.

A superb lecture by Dr Roger Parker,probably the best lecture on Parkinson Disease I have ever heard.Great hope for a cure or indeed help for Parkinson Disease.

Roger Barker tends to put an overly positive spin on research in my opinion. I posted something similar by him 2/3 years ago and little has changed since (as usual 😕).
