Disturbed sleep since upping meds

Hi, since adding a third madopar ER capsule my sleep is disturbed. I wake after 4/5 hours of good sleep anddam wide awake, my mind is racing.

I go back to sleep but only after 2 hours or more. I dont believe its REM as no vivid dreams as such.

If i stop 3rd tab i sleep better. Is this familiar? Do i need 3 td tab? 🤔

Madopar is strictly for symptom relief - so if the additional dose makes life worse, no, you do not need it.

Thank you, the only benefit i can see is if i wanted to write a novel in the middle of the night. So mentally awake. 🤣

If you feel better taking less then take less .Madopar is not a sleeping tablet
