Hidden clued me into quercetin and fisetin, And LAJ12345 just had quercetin on their list of Mucoactive natural products healthunlocked.com/cure-par... and laglag and SilentEchoes had some great information at healthunlocked.com/cure-par...
I started looking at these from the angle of: Targeting senescent cells: approaches, opportunities, challenges ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... . There are challenges (like where do the dead cells go?).
Anyway, I found this trial "Senescence in Chronic Kidney Disease" clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show... and they are testing Dasatinib against Quercetin. The interesting part is the protocol for Quercetin: take four 250 mg capsules daily (total 1000 mg daily) for 3 consecutive days.
So... this does not seem like an "every day" type of supplement. At least not for the purpose of removing senescent cells. Seems more like a "hammer those cells for 3 days at 1000 mg" type of thing.
