Senolytics - “senolytic” drugs, dasatinib (D) and quercetin (Q) disapointing results in small test- Peter Attia
Of these “senolytic” drugs, currently the best-characterized are
dasatinib

Just in time for Halloween: Not so fast when zapping all those senescent Zombie Cells, as some might actually be your friends.
Whatever the case, this research provides one more reason to be cautious about jumping into the deep end when it comes to senolytics, esp. for the combination of
dasatinib
and quercetin.

Oxidative Stress (ROS), Sleep and the Gut Microbiome: Staying Alive
My chosen senolytic regimen is
Dasatinib
100mg, plus Quercetin 1600 mg, plus Fisetin 1000 mg daily for just three days. On the long drive back to Oregon, I had downloaded a new and very good science podcast called "The Joy of Why" by Quanta online magazine. Every episode was excellent.

Growth inhibitory effect of doxazosin on prostate and bladder cancer cells. Is the serotonin receptor pathway involved?
Doxazosin
, an alpha1-adrenoceptor antagonist, is used for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and hypertension. Alpha-adrenoceptor antagonists also inhibit growth and induce apoptosis in malignant prostatic cells. The apoptotic activity is independent of their capacity to antagonize

Help and advice please.
Hello again everyone. I have just started on Tagisso which my doctor said is unlikely to work because my tumour doesn't have the right genetic 'make up'. But I live in hope, what else is there. He also said that if it didn't work there was nothing left. Over the past 2 years I have had Afatinib, immunotherapy

Senolytic Supplements: Quercetin and Fisetin
term=quercetin&draw=5&rank=39 and they are testing
Dasatinib
against Quercetin. The interesting part is the protocol for Quercetin: take four 250 mg capsules daily (total 1000 mg daily) for 3 consecutive days. So... this does not seem like an "every day" type of supplement.

A large injection of hope required. Please.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in early 2020 and was given the targeted therapy Afatinib. This was initially most effective but gradually stopped working and so the cancer spread further in the lungs. I then had five consecutive radiotherapy sessions which reduced the size of the main tumour
