They are trialing Ambroxol in Canada. The thing about trials though is you might get the placebo. And they also place limitations on other things you can try. And they act like they are the boss of you

Another option is to search on clinical trials parkinson's and then see if the treatment is something you can purchase yourself or a repurposed drug that you can get off label from a doctor.

Somebody in a different forum posted that the best medicine they are taking for PD is Terazosin off label. He said his movement specialist said he was better now than he was 7 years ago. They are trialing it for both PD AND RBD: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

Canada is such a big country! Have you checked here? parkinson.ca/getinvolved/pa... For my husband, not a lot going on in Quebec province.

Je suis québécoise mais je vis en ontario Notre dr est a western hospital qui est supposé être la “ place” mais rien ne se passe la non plus
