I have been involved in the study for five months finishing up next month. They are still enrolling New participants. Typically these studies do not publish data until well after all trials are completed. It is a double blind placebo-controlled study, so do not know what I’m getting.

My baseline and 1st dose started March 6. 17 days in now. No noticeable changes so far.

I am participating in the Buntanetap trial at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. As noted, it's double blinded so I don't know if I am getting the actual drug or a placebo. I am going for my third monthly visit on Friday. Some days, I think I might be improving. Some days, I don't. Nothing too dramatic either way.

I completed trial. Fatigue, anxiety, energy, cognition, attitude — all better. Tremors and gait a bit worse. I think I was on meds, but not sure as blinded. I think it works. Would like to get on 12 month extension.

how do you say it works when your tremor is worse?

Tremor, for me, is just one symptom of many.

I’m in as well, about 6 weeks. Also did earlier Phase 2b, had great results in that short 25-day trial

I don’t think I’ve noticed any improvement yet. It’s only been like six weeks so it’s probably too early to tell.
