"CORPS DE LEVY "? what is it? (you mean "corps de lewy", not levy)

He is telling you that you have PD dementia, i.e. Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) which most PD neurologists feel is specific to PD and therefore different than Alzheimer's dementia. Not all neurologists agree that it is.

Supposedly, dementia with Lewy bodies occurs because of abnormal deposits of a protein called alpha-synuclein that develop inside the brain’s nerve cells.

Find the best doctors you can find or afford and get a 2nd opinion, but realize no one "test" can determine if you have LBD.
