I used to eat a lot of fruits and I suspect I got PD because of the pesticides from them.

I always was a big fruit/veggie eater, gave up meat/poultry in my 40's, went organic late 40's. . Now, fatigue, tremor, and poor dexterity have meeating whatever is easy. I'm mid 70's now.

I order frozen organic berry mix - defrost in a smidge of hot water and add whipped cream for dessert. I also added Lemongrass essential oil - which has farnesol - to hand cream.
