This is not a drug. It is US based human trials for stem cell transplantation by surgical graft

I think fda approval is needed for procedures like stem cell grafts and fmt's in the same way as a drug, and the application is made for an Ida (investigative drug approval) although in this case the approval is for a surgical procedure and not a drug
