I’m trying to understand your post. Do you mean 'wine'? I would suggest you give the klonopin a break for a couple of days and see if you feel better. I doubt it’s B1 at 500mg

Justme4:My Neuro is trying to get me off klonopin, because she said it causes more falls and can cause dementia.

@esther51, you are definitely in good hands🤙🏼. Same story here. I am off Klonopin too. My neuro-psychiatrist believes in less medication (surprise), and I am under strict doctor's orders to use no more than a couple of tabs per month, only if absolutely necessary.

heavy duty drug. std dose = 1(one) mg once per day. no more than 0.2/kg of body weight IMO.

should not have an interaction with b-1.

I dont know why you decided to increase your Klonopin but these drugs are too powerful to play around with. If a doctor was wanting to increase a dose they would do it slowly over days or weeks. Klonopin is also highly addictive so is usually prescribed short term.

Klonopin is fast-acting and generally starts working within an hour and will then last anywhere from 8-10 hours. A person abusing Klonopin will experience a range of feelings from fatigue to complete sedation. Some people will even experience blackouts when taking this drug.
