I don't know that he motivates me to do anything. In the final seconds he says, "You can do more than you think you can..." I heard the same speech at the start of five Leadville-100 mile trail races. I failed to finish all five. This was before being diagnosed. I don't know what to do to make me better. It's been nearly a year since the diagnosis. I've been mostly waiting to BE better.

Kay.. you can do more than you think you can with or without Parkinson’s.

I took away, do the best you can. Put in more than you think you can. I now walk (because I’m uncomfortable cycling) as fast as I can for 45 min - 1 hour. I’ve never been a walker, hiker. Etc. I walk with myself and my family. Community as he says. I push myself almost daily and it feels great. My family joins and supports this short daily endeavor. It helps.
