Top Institutes doing Parkinson’s Research and Treatment

Esteemed colleagues ( in our own self care, LOL),

What institutes (internationally) do you see as the leaders in EITHER traditional or non-traditional treatment? Who leads in helping their patients identify traditional, emerging or alternative approaches to treatment? Who is plugged in to knowing the latest clinical trials? For this question, I’m not looking for our wonderful forum to share their ideas on treatments, but, rather, who are the doctors and institutes who inspire us or the doctors and institutes who we have seen that are informed and fight to stay on the forefront of helping us.

In my area the Cleveland Clinic has a very solid Neurology department with a steady stream of clinical trials.

I go to Quest Research Institute in Farmington Hills, MI, USA for my Roche / Prothena Clinical study. They feature PD studies at this facility.
