Interesting. They claim success in reversing MPTP induced parkinsonism in monkeys and are going to start a human trial soon.
Yes sounds a really interesting approach! My guess would be that since their target is to increas blood perfusion to the syntaglia nigra that their hypothesis may tie in with the results of intense exercise.
We currently have a vascular Parkinsonism.
Do you know how we can differentiate idiopathic parkinsons from vascular if they are both caused by lack of blood profusion.?
