Is anyone dosing with a combination of Sinemet and Barlowe's Mucuna Pruriens and how do you manage them? I am trying to cut down on c/l intake and take the more "natural" mucuna.

Sinemet and Mucuna
I am not using that brand.
I alternate c/l with mucuna.
The purpose to find more control over tremors. I am still trying to discover correct dose.
Thank you for sharing. We look forward to your discovery !...
Presently I choose as correct dose for me personally as two teaspoons of mucuna Prurien .
I keep my c/l dose schedule but when I take dose of mucuna I skip on c/l dose.
I am not trying to replace c/l with mucuna. I generally use it to reduce tremors. I find 2 tsp is best.
Last night two tsp 3 hrs apart. Not good experience
I'm dosing with a combination of Stalevo & Zandopa powder. The Stalevo is
(Carbidopa 100mg / Levodopa 200mg / Entacapone 200mg); while the Zandopa contains naturally occurring Mucuna Pruriens (ground up velvet bean plant). They seem to compliment each other very nicely. So, I dose 4X per day with this Stalevo, and a tablespoon and a half of Zandopa powder, and 1500mg B1 HCL(1st 2 doses only). By the way, the Zandopa powder is dirt cheap on Amazon.
Nowadays I take 1/2 sinemet 10/100 with 1 Barlowe’s 40% mucuna. Along with Grapefruit Juice, 30ml. And a cup of green tea in the AM.
