It's not the drugs, it's the low dopamine that's killing your erections. See if your doctor will write you a prescription for Apokyn, sublingual apomorphine. It's side effect is it gives you an erection. It's designed for pd off times. Good luck ! By the way , if you contact the company your first 30 days are free.

:) :) No prescription is required here, however, it's good to know.

I recently wrote the text below regarding l-citrulline for RLS. I should have mentioned ED there as well, since it is very effective for that. I have seen warnings for using it together with Viagra and similar drugs though. But it is very powerful on it's own, so it should not be needed to combined with anything else.

"You could also try l-citrulline for RLS.

It may also help to alleviate urinary problems, and together with glutathione, it has been shown in a study to be neuroprotective for some lucky mice with ischemia. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/283...

L-citrulline is commonly used as a pre work out supplement, so it is easy to find.

Just notice that it is an amino acid as l-dopa is. So it could compete with l-dopa to pass the blood-brain barrier. So you might need to time the intake to not be at the same time as l-dopa intake.

As with all suppments, consult your MD first. It could affect other medications."

Also my husband has an urologist that prescribed him a compound that we have to call a special company to fill. It is a shot taken you know where and it works well. I am sure any urologist probably knows about this special compound. I don't know the name of it off hand. It also works fast, it is over 200$ for two vials and if you keep it in the freezer it will last a lot longer than they say-around 6 mos..

It's called Trimix.

Trimix is an injectable three-drug prescribed medication used to treat erectile dysfunction. The active ingredients in the mixture are usually alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine. The injection must be compounded by a pharmacy and administered via intracavernosal injection.

Hello iqbaliqbal, which brand of tribulus do you use? There are many available on amazon. Thanks.

I order it in bulk (powder) from China. But this option may not be good for you one faces difficulties in my measuring the correct quantity to be taken. You should go for any reputed brand's Tribulus Terrestris extract having 90% Saponins. To be effective you should take at least double the dose mentioned on the product at least initially. You can reduce it to maintenance dose once it starts doing its job. Initially I started tribulus extract for enhancing my muscle strength. The benefit which we are discussing here came along as a bonus for me. 🤣

I'm getting a penile implant to help with ED. I am expecting a 2-3 week recovery with some intense pain, but I am a huge fan of intercourse and I'm hoping this will work out well.

I tried the drug path and it did not seem to help much with the exception of Cabergoline. Cabergoline 2x/week helps one have orgasms and as a super bonus is also a dopamine agonist.

I waited a while before making the penile implant decision which is bad since non-use of the penis for intercourse causes shrinkage. It is better not to wait so long.

The reviews for penile implants are close to 90% positive. Plus you can keep going even after you ejaculate! Best wishes.
