Didn't see much that was news to me, really. Don Cleveland covers neuronal replacement and oligonucleotide therapeutics. Nothing on NLR3P inflammasome inhibition.

When will someone do a study on the properties of Melatonin for all the Anti- Inflamation and anti -oxidation that Dr Litvan listed in a slide ( at ~21:36) +PLUS+ and the poly phenol Brazilin , from Brazilian Red Cedar, that unravels the Tao BODIES +AND+ Mannitol, a sugar made from Sucrose THAT CAN TRANSPORT across the BBB? the problem is there is little money in Melatonin, ie NO Patent protection...don't know about Mannitol, and Brazilin is a new one. Hmmm I doubt that that the Brazilian red cedar is the same as the one we have in BC..
